IT Service Dispatcher – Charlotte, NC

Premier provider of IT Solutions throughout the southeast is seeking an IT Service Desk Dispatcher to become an integral part of our team! The IT Service Desk Dispatcher serves as the first point of contact to all clients and is responsible for handling incoming service requests. This job includes documentation of client issues, assigning service requests, and coordinating multiple engineering calendars daily. The right fit for our team will demonstrate a strong work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for their work.

IT Service Dispatcher Requirements:

• IT Service Provider experience or other dispatch position a plus
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude is required
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Working knowledge of Connectwise Manage
